Marco Flores
Executive Representative
An emerging leader in the business development industry who immigrated from Mexico to the US at a young age and here, developed a passion for adding value to others. Recognizing leadership wasn’t just about authority, it was about empowering and guiding those around him.
As a community leader at Saddleback Church (Spanish congregation), Marco observed a critical need for guidance within Hispanic businesses because they were not using optimal business practices. Thus, he joined efforts with technology expert Francisco Huezo to leverage technology in helping Southern California businesses thrive.
Octavio Camacho Barragan
Computer Engineer
A computer enthusiast since he was a child, Octavio began his career in Computer Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2017. After graduating in 2020 with honors, he studied a Master of Science in Business at UTSA, where he learned the fundamentals of conducting business in the United States.
Now in Southern California, he decided to return to his roots in technology, pursuing a master’s degree in Embedded Systems at the University of California, Irvine. His unique profile led him to meet the founders of NovaTech, with whom he works as a Computer Engineer, ready to put SoCal small businesses at the forefront of technology.
